Dear Administration:

program, which is part of the (place name of program or course
title) course(s) at our school, is a co-curricular program
that is supported by the School District of Hillsborough County
division of Career, Technical, and Adult Education. (place
name of CTSO or program here) education has changed to meet
the needs of today's youth and tomorrow's adults through programs
such as (CTSO title here). This co-curricular, student-lead
organization will help our students learn more about (insert
a brief course description), decision-making skills, leadership
skills, managing multiple roles, career options, and much more.
Because leadership development is an important
part of (CTSO title here), it is included in the Florida
Sunshine State Standards and the National (CT program title
here) Standards for (subject name here). All students
in our classes will participate by using in-class (CTSO title)
projects and lessons. Affiliated, dues-paying members will be
able to participate in out-of-class activities, to serve as officers
at the local, district, state, and national level, and potentially,
gain recognition from the local, state, and national levels for
competition and outstanding service to the organization.
In addition, (CTSO title) is a dynamic
and effective national student organization that helps young
men and women to become leaders and to address important personal,
career, and societal issues through (place division of Technical
& Career program). There are many opportunities through
membership in (CTSO title), including leadership development,
community service, recognition, travel, and expanded learning
opportunities. Participation in the (CTSO title here)
experience has enhanced student's school-based learning in other
settings, and we are delighted to be able to offer similar benefits
to the students enrolled in (C&T program title) at
our school.

your support during the coming year through words of encouragement
for the members, by attending program & meetings, by granting
approval for activities and available funding, and in acknowledging
